All known major banks in PAP not functioning.
For Haitians with PayPal accounts - instant transfers, not sure where they can access the money. I did not find a functioning ATM in the PAP area from Wednesday to Friday.
UPS is NOT shipping free packages. As of Friday UPS and FED-EX are not accepting packages to go in.
I will update the list as further info. is known.
